This website is a portfolio. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not sell any data.

Name, email address, subject and message.

Purpose

Replying to your request (quote, question, collaboration).

Legal basis

Your request, which you send voluntarily (pre-contractual steps / legitimate interest in replying).

Recipient

Charles Lecoanet only. The message passes through the host's server (IONOS) and then Gmail (Google).

Retention

3 years after the last exchange, unless there is an ongoing business relationship.

Vimeo videos

Portfolio videos only load when you click on them. The player is then provided by Vimeo with its "do not track" option enabled; Vimeo may still receive your IP address and technical information about your browser. See Vimeo's privacy policy.

One video is hosted on YouTube: its player, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), also loads only when you click. See Google's privacy policy.

Fonts and hosting

Fonts are hosted on this website: no data is sent to Google Fonts. Like any web server, the host's server keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) for a limited time for security purposes.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@lecoanet-design.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority).
